Job Title: Field Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Ensign InfoSecurity. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving Account-Based Marketing initiatives, lead generation, and nurturing programs to fuel our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies to engage targeted accounts and contacts.
  • Implement personalized nurturing campaigns to accelerate the buyer's journey.
  • Create relevant and compelling content to support ABM and lead generation efforts.
  • Plan and execute multi-part events, webinars, and digital advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop and implement programs to accelerate the sales pipeline for targeted accounts.
  • Utilize marketing strategies to optimize pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness through improved audience segmentation and targeted marketing strategies.
  • Optimize processes to streamline and improve overall marketing efficiency.
  • Implement strategies to maximize customer engagement throughout the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Maintain effective measurement systems to evaluate the performance of marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis of campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in ABM, Lead Generation, or digital marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience in executing innovative and multi-part event and lead generation programs.
  • Solid background in creating and implementing marketing campaigns using live events, webinars, digital advertising, and professional networking.
  • Experience in launching campaigns and reporting on results.
  • Expertise in developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in demand generation campaigns, including target segmentation and list acquisition.
  • Knowledgeable in content marketing and inbound marketing to generate more qualified leads.
  • Familiarity with the B2B sales cycle and strategic use of marketing communication for lead nurturing and growth acceleration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high flexibility and adaptability.
