Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to define project scope, requirements, and desired outcomes.
  • Design and lead the implementation of business applications/solutions within the region, ensuring they meet local requirements and align with strategic business goals.
  • Test and validate solutions to ensure they function as expected and deliver the desired value.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee the implementation of selected business applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 5 years in a business analyst or IT project management role, with a focus on implementing business applications (ERP, CRM, analytics, etc.).
  • Relevant IT project management experience across Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing functions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading successful projects through the full lifecycle.
