**Job overview**:
The incumbent will be accountable for driving the deployment of packaging solutions sold across the region, designing specifications, and deploying new solutions to meet industry needs. The Solutions Development team provides technical support to subsidiaries through the overseas development of labelling software and support for key accounts to ensure stable operational efficiency.

**Job description**:

- Packaging Solutions, labelling and general software _
- Understand enhancements and modifications requests from subsidiaries and execute the deployment of existing / enhanced packaging solutions in collaboration with Headquarters (Japan) and the various regions.
- Perform requirements definition and specification for newly developed solutions.
- Provide the training necessary for promotion, sales, and maintenance; develop and deploy relevant materials in the respective regions.
- Understand the specifications, pricing and sales strategy of each product and contribute to sales and profit generation through regional deployment activities.
- Resolve any pre
- and post-sales product enquiries from the sales company through collaboration with the developer if necessary.
- Key Accounts Support _
- Understand solution deployment cases from key accounts and provide support which aligns to the respective situation of the country where solution is deployed.
- Documentation - creation and maintenance of requirements, specifications, and user manuals.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business-related fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the software solution business industry or Auto-ID solution field are preferred.
- Experience in deploying projects across multiple regions and countries will be highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of SAP, ERP, or other business systems will be advantageous.
