Corporate Partnerships Fundraising Executive

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Corporate Partnerships Fundraising Executive to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting our fundraising efforts, driving the growth of sustainable contributions, and cultivating strategic relationships with potential and existing donors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, donor management, and corporate partnerships. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to craft compelling proposals and presentations, and have strong organisational and project management skills.

  • Fundraising:
  • Cultivate strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with potential and existing donors and partners.
  • Work with internal teams to conceptualise and execute innovative fundraising programmes and activities.
  • Expand pool of individual donors and grow the pool of regular donors.
  • Develop and implement effective donor engagement programmes and experiences to enhance donor loyalty, satisfaction, and impact recognition.
  • Assist in preparing donor reports and communication materials that effectively convey the outcomes and impact of their contributions.
  • Support in securing grants, sponsorships, and matching funds for programme development and operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Non-profit Management, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, donor management, corporate partnerships, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation in fundraising.
