Job Summary

The Strategic Partnership Manager role is a pivotal position in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with key players in the payments industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective go-to-market strategies to optimize partner collaboration, merchant acquisition, brand awareness and education to establish Unlimit as the preferred partner.
  • Gain expertise on Unlimit's product offerings and capabilities, focusing on solutions-oriented approaches and providing feedback for continuous improvement of the customer experience.
  • Design local partnership strategy plans, identifying strategic partners for commercial agreements, building long-term account plans with strategic partners, and delivering sustainable growth.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement of the partner experience, enhancing processes for partners, their merchants, and Unlimit.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of B2B partnerships experience in Payments, eCommerce, Financial Services or Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) Sales.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to build long-term mutual partnerships, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
