We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic partnerships and fundraising initiatives, ensuring the financial sustainability and growth of our organization.
- Strategic Planning and Implementation:
The ideal candidate will conceptualize, plan, execute, and evaluate fundraising initiatives, including campaigns and events, to generate funds for our organization. They will oversee all areas of event logistics to ensure smooth execution while maximizing fundraising impact.
- Fundraising Initiatives and Events:
The successful candidate will track and analyze fundraising performance to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. They will prepare reports on campaign results, donor contributions, and corporate engagement for internal and external stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to develop impactful marketing and outreach materials for fundraising campaigns. The candidate must ensure that fundraising efforts align with our organization's mission and strategic objectives.
- Inter-Departmental Collaboration:
The minimum required experience is 2 years in Sales, Community/Corporate Partnerships, and Fundraising. Experience in organizing events and campaigns management is an added advantage. Good oral and written communication skills are required.
