Job Responsibilities
- Own the growth of Atome's regional BNPL and consumer finance service partners and be responsible for the growth KPI inclusive of GMV, transaction, user acquisition, revenue, etc.
- Lead the overall growth strategy of the partnership including commercial, product, marketing and financial, and to drive the development and deployment of the strategy by collaborating with cross-functions such as BD, product, marketing, risk control, etc.
- Manage partner relationship including both the day-to-day communication and operation as well as long-term relationship success.
- Hands on the day-to-day operations and drive the consistent improvement of growth KPI through various growth activities, such as user CRM, product optimisation, campaign activation, etc.
- Participate in the research and insight diving of the relevant local markets of the partner, and plan and execute the local partnership campaign and activations engaging local customers.

Job Requirements
- 6-8 years' work experience with minimum 3 years' experience on a fintech digital platform is required, and experience on shopping instalment or consumer finance platform is preferred.
- Proven track record of leading partnership project end-to-end, including both external partner facing, relationship management, as well as internal cross-function management.
- Basic knowledge of payment product and consumer finance risk management is needed. Specific experience handling consumer finance product is preferred.
- Relevant experience and insight on SEA markets, especially Indonesia market and Philippines market is more preferred.
- Excellent project management skills, communication skills.
- Responsible, efficient, team work spirit.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin due to regional coverage.
