Fostering Strategic Partnerships

The Partnership Development Manager plays a pivotal role in building and sustaining strategic partnerships across the private, public, and people sectors. This role focuses on fostering collaboration, extending our reach, and advancing our mission to promote kindness as a shared social value.
Main Responsibilities:- Educate, motivate, and inspire partners to be active advocates of kindness within the network.
- Conceptualise and implement innovative engagement strategies to strengthen collaboration with partners.
- Plan, manage, and execute annual programmes with private and public partners.
- Engage partners in joint campaigns to amplify our messages.
- Organise and manage partner-related events such as recognition platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure message alignment and explore opportunities where applicable.
- Diploma Holder or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or programme/event management.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and win-win collaborations.
- Creative thinker with proven ability to conceptualise and deliver impactful initiatives.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, including event execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player who demonstrates integrity, accountability, and good governance in all aspects of work.
