**Role Overview**:
As Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be establishing and expanding our global network of equipment leasing partners. You’ll bring an unmatched network within the leasing ecosystem and a keen ability to align our offerings with partners that share our vision for scalable, sustainable growth. Your understanding of ESG principles and sustainability-conscious product portfolios will help us position ourselves as more than just a supplier—but a change-driving collaborator.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, engage, and nurture strategic relationships with global and regional equipment leasing companies.
- Drive joint value propositions that promote circular economy models, life cycle leasing, and sustainable asset utilization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, sustainability, marketing) to structure deals that are future-fit and resilientMonitor market trends across equipment leasing and ESG regulations to inform strategy

**Qualifications**:

- Deep, demonstrable relationships across global leasing firms—ideally in the construction or heavy equipment space
- Strategic mindset with experience brokering complex partnerships or alliances
- Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks
- Entrepreneurial, relationship-first thinker with exceptional communication skills
