Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulators, and trade unions.
As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and mapping key policy stakeholders relevant to our projects, particularly in the energy transition, sustainability, resilience, and digital space. You will develop and lead engagement strategies to reach out and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen our network of partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong policy network in Singapore, with a demonstrated ability to effectively and comfortably interact at senior corporate/political levels. You will also have a track record of effectively solving complex issues and delivering strong results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and map key policy stakeholders (including political office holders, government officials/regulators, and trade unions) relevant to our projects, particularly in the energy transition, sustainability, resilience, and digital space
- Develop and lead engagement strategies to reach out and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen our network of partners
- Track, monitor, and provide an assessment of strategic policy issues that are relevant to our ecosystem
- Develop and lead workstreams for cross-cutting projects/issues involving multiple teams across the organisation
- Drive internal/external meetings platforms
- Lead in the planning, organisation, and management of engagement and networking platforms
