About the Opportunity
This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for developing and executing Total Rewards programs that drive talent attraction, employee engagement, and business growth. Your key responsibilities will include managing compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and policy development to ensure market alignment and internal equity.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to provide competitive salary recommendations for new hires, design and implement employee engagement strategies related to rewards initiatives, and translate business needs into actionable insights through data analysis and modelling.
The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau, along with experience in analysing large datasets. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline is also required.
