Total Rewards Specialist Job Opportunity
Job Description:The Total Rewards Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the execution of various Total Rewards processes under the guidance of the Total Rewards Lead. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collect feedback on compensation processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
- Process Coordination: Coordinate Total Rewards processes such as salary planning, bonus planning, and data submission with external compensation consulting companies.
- Policies and Procedures: Support the development of Total Rewards policies, including job evaluation, salary structure, and Flexible Working Arrangements.
- Remuneration Scheme Analysis: Analyze different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepare reports on internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Data Management: Closely cooperate and maintain data submission with external compensation consulting companies.
- Team Participation: Participate as a team member in strategic projects and initiatives.
- Insurance Matters: Manage insurance matters, such as new hires and dependents enrollment, attend to employee enquiries, and liaise with brokers on related matters.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of Rewards experience.
- Microsoft Excel and Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Remuneration Schemes: Knowledge of remuneration schemes and compensation processes.
