Strategic Rewards Expertise
The Strategic Rewards Expert plays a pivotal role in crafting and implementing compensation strategies that drive business success. This expert collaborates closely with the leadership team to develop and maintain a comprehensive remuneration framework that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Planning: Coordinate total rewards processes, including salary planning, bonus planning, and performance management.
- Policies and Procedures: Support the development of total rewards policies, including job evaluation, salary structure, and flexible working arrangements.
- Remuneration Analysis: Analyze different components of the remuneration scheme and prepare reports on internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Data Management: Maintain data submission with external compensation consulting companies and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Participate as a team member in strategic projects and initiatives, providing expertise and support as needed.
- Insurance Administration: Manage insurance matters, including new hires and dependents enrollment, employee inquiries, and liaison with brokers.
- Other Tasks: Perform other total rewards-related tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years of total rewards experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and knowledge of remuneration schemes and compensation processes.
