Rewards Data Intelligence Professional

This is a pivotal role in our organisation, where you will be instrumental in driving the success of our Rewards Data Intelligence practice. As a Rewards Data Intelligence Professional, you will be involved in all aspects of survey operations and provide expert consulting support to clients across various industries.

You will serve as a key support resource for selected industries, responsible for collecting compensation and benefits data, conducting checks and validation, and performing data analysis and reporting with mastery in the use of Microsoft Excel and other technology tools.

You will contribute to the growth and profitability of the RDI practice as a team member for key client groups, assist with small to medium-sized projects, and be involved in supporting marketing and sales efforts relating to our Rewards data & software products and services.

This includes standard and bespoke surveys as well as selling and delivering compensation-based project work such as salary structure development, compensation and benefits reviews, and conducting pay assessments.
