Job Title: Rewards Data Intelligence Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an analytical professional to join our team as a Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing compensation and benefits data consulting support to clients across various industries.

The RDI Analyst will serve as a key support resource for selected industries, collecting and validating compensation and benefits data, conducting analysis and reporting, and utilizing Microsoft Excel and other technology tools to deliver high-quality results.

This role offers the opportunity to grow and profitability of the RDI practice, supporting small to medium-sized projects and contributing to marketing and sales efforts relating to Willis Towers Watson's rewards data & software products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and validate compensation and benefits data from various sources
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and create reports using Microsoft Excel and other tools
  • Develop and maintain relationships with survey clients and stakeholders
  • Serve as a member of an integrated consulting team on small- to medium-scale rewards projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Economics, or Mathematics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze large datasets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other technology tools
