Our Singapore Commercial team plays a crucial role in shaping and growing our business in the region. We focus on developing strategies that benefit our community, particularly by promoting growth among Food and Beverage businesses through GrabFood.
We build close partnerships with merchants to create customized plans and strategies that drive sales and meet their needs across various Grab services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential merchants to increase growth for GrabFood.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, prioritizing profitability, Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), and delivery volumes.
- Develop and execute business strategies to grow merchant sales and collaborate across Grab's verticals such as GrabPay, GrabAds, and GrabExpress.
- Analyze merchant performance data and create actionable plans to optimize growth and revenue.
- Address merchant feedback, resolve concerns, and ensure operational excellence through tailored solutions and regular business reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized reporting, marketing support, and product enhancements for merchants.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or a related field.
- Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting partnerships.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored solutions for merchants.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving growth targets and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with Food and Beverage businesses and/or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
