Enterprise Sales Strategist for Large Enterprise Clients

Hubble Pte. Ltd., a leading construction management platform, is seeking a dynamic Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in Singapore. As an Individual Contributor with a Hunter Role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our presence in existing client bases.
About the Role:
You will drive sales engagements to exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals every quarter. This involves building a sales plan to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction within your accounts or territory. You will analyze sales and metrics data from your accounts or territory to evolve your strategy and execution. Additionally, you will become the resident expert on the Hubble platform and sell our cloud-based software suite to new or existing clients. You will also educate and wow customers by demonstrating Hubble's software and prescribing relevant use cases that deliver strong business impact.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales engagements to exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals every quarter.
- Build a sales plan to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction within your accounts/territory.
- Become the resident expert on the Hubble platform and sell our cloud-based software suite to new or existing clients.
- Educate and wow customers by demonstrating Hubble's software and prescribe relevant use cases that deliver strong business impact.
- Demonstrate value to key stakeholders, confidently engage different stakeholders, negotiate win-win agreements, and close large deals.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a candidate with three years or more of experience in Enterprise B2B software sales, with at least two years of experience selling SaaS products to C-Level, Senior Management, and Key Influencers of Large Enterprises. A proven track record of consistent sales/territory growth and quota achievement, closing 6-digit dollar contracts, is essential. You should have demonstrated ability to navigate complex multiple-stakeholder deal environments and track records of successful selling to Enterprise companies in Singapore/ASEAN.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Three (3) years or more in Enterprise B2B software sales with at least Two (2) years of experience selling SaaS products to C-Level, Senior Management, and Key Influencers of Large Enterprises.
- Proven track record of consistent sales/territory growth and quota achievement (hunting role) by closing 6-digit dollar contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex multiple-stakeholder deal environments and track records of successful selling to Enterprise companies in Singapore/ASEAN.
- Strategic account planning and execution skills, and comfort with sales management tools, e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
- Skilled in both virtual and in-person presentations with the ability to create strong impact through SaaS product demonstrations. Be able to construct and articulate strong business cases to clients/prospects.
- Vibrant and energetic attitude, with willingness to perform and get things done.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
