About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join CREATION CONSULTING HR PTE. LTD. as an Enterprise Sales Strategist and take your sales career to the next level. As a seasoned professional in enterprise networking solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth across routers and switches.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH ENTERPRISE CLIENTS by understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide value through tailored networking solutions.
- CRAFT TAILED SOLUTIONS with presales engineers to position networking products and services that solve customer challenges and align with their business objectives.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress, forecast sales, and report key metrics to senior management.
- LEAD NEGOTIATIONS with enterprise customers to manage complex sales cycles from lead generation to closing, ensuring deals are profitable and in line with company objectives.
- IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES by targeting key industries where enterprise networking solutions can deliver value.
- CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION with product management, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 - 5+ years of sales experience in the enterprise networking industry, focusing on routers, switches, and other networking solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies, especially routers, switches, LAN/WAN, and networking solutions.
- Familiarity with networking product lines.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in the enterprise networking space.
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to manage long sales cycles and complex enterprise deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
