About the Role

As a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner Leader at The Edge Partnership, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through effective human resources strategies. We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to support our assigned business division at the strategic level.

About You

We are looking for someone with 12 to 15 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment and large organizations. Your solid business partnering experience will enable you to collaborate closely with business stakeholders on all people matters, including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, rewards, manpower planning, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support assigned business division at the strategic level, partnering closely with business stakeholders on all people matters.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team on delivery of HR services and programmes.
  • Participate in HR-related projects to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified with 12 to 15 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment and large organizations.
  • Solid knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, and presentation skills.
  • A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity.
  • A flexible and open-minded working style and customer-centric mentality.
  • Highly developed people manager skills with the ability to coach and nurture talent.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
