Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Development: Collaborate with business leaders to identify organizational capabilities, structures, and processes to drive business growth. Develop people solutions, programs, and policies to support talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • Business Insights: Analyze trends and metrics to provide actionable insights for business leaders. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Employee Engagement: Work with business leaders to provide employees with development opportunities. Ensure that employees meet current and future performance standards and business requirements.
  • Counseling and Coaching: Provide advice to line management on coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions. Build a highly engaged workforce by working closely with management and employees.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or Business Management.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation practices, employee relations, performance management, and labor regulations.
  • Personal Qualities: Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, self-directed, and motivated.
