Roles & Responsibilities

Here is an excellent opportunity to join a prominent Singapore-headquartered organization with a growing international footprint as HR Business Partner and be part of their high-performing HR team.


Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Support assigned business divisions at the strategic level, partnering closely with the business stakeholders on resource planning and talent acquisition and providing sound HR advice on all strategic people matters
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team (Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Shared Services) on delivery of HR services and programmes
  • Participate in HR-related projects to drive continuous improvement in HR processes


To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • Degree qualified with 8 to 10 years of HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment and large organisations
  • Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing and presentation skills
  • A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity
  • A self starter who is agile, inquisitive and keen to learn
