Job Opportunity:
A Business Development Professional is required to identify, develop and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, corporates and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for new programs, services and revenue streams to drive student enrollment and financial growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, presenting insights to inform business decisions.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the organization at industry events and conferences.
- Contribute to long-term business plans and partnership strategies aligned with the organization's mission and vision.
- Monitor partnership performance, ensure compliance with agreements and provide regular reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing or Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships or sales roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in market analysis and business strategy formulation.
