Affiliate Marketing Strategist

Job Overview:

This is a leadership role that involves driving partnership strategy and executing it to scale. The Affiliate Marketing Strategist will work closely with the Head of Marketing to refine and execute the affiliate vision, shaping the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that drives revenue growth and scales winning partners.
  • Lead negotiations with top publishers and performance partners to secure lucrative deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnership strategies with marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in building dominant affiliate programs in the hyper-competitive North American D2C sleep industry.
  • Strong relationships with major organic publishers and performance partners.
  • Ability to use data to architect winning strategies that exceed ROAS goals.
