**What will you be doing?**
This is a senior leadership role with global engagement within the organization. As a key member of the APAC leadership team, you will play a critical role in co-developing and co-executing regional business strategy. You will own the 'Agency partnerships strategy' and spearhead the growth of InMobi Exchange in APAC. You will leverage your experience of working with a **Programmatic digital media platform** on demand side (DSP) or supply side (SSP) or similar organization to lead InMobi Exchange's business and positioning with Media Agencies (HoldCo and OpCo). You will forge deep strategic partnerships in the APAC Agency/Media ecosystem to create mid term and long term impact.
You will be responsible for relationship management with Agencies, ATDs (trading desks) and DSPs along with a set of cross functional team members. You will collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Business Development, Operations, Analysts).
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and be expected to design and implement the Programmatic growth strategy in the region. You will report to the APAC Managing Director and will be based out our Singapore office. You will have leaders across InMobi Exchange, Regional Business & Agency Partnership teams in other markets as key stakeholders. You will be assigned a small but very experienced team of Programmatic enablement managers that will directly report to you and this team is expected to grow in subsequent quarters.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ownership of Tier 1/CXO relationships within the leading media agency groups - GroupM, Publicis, OMG, DAN, Hawas, IPG.
- Ownership of regional tracks with agency holding groups to execute Programmatic media partnerships, preferred SSP partnerships and trading deals etc.
- Partner with Agency Development leaders based in Europe and North America to build a unified global strategy and represent APAC in global agency tracks.
- Partner with InMobi Exchange platform/product teams to engage and prioritize APAC specific platform expectations.
- Design APAC level agency development strategies to grow InMobi exchange revenue from Agencies, Direct clients and DSP.
- Partner with sub-regional InMobi business leaders to translate strategy/cadence into additional business tracks.
- Drive InMobi's Edge program and its tracks in partnership with APAC marketing team
- Operate in tandem with Country/Sub regional owners to plan and actuate business from dormant agencies in specific markets.
- Identify key regional product asks to enable growth of existing revenue channels.
