Strategic Partnership Manager

**About You**:You will be confident in your capability, looking to draw upon your skills, network, and experience to lead and execute partnership/sales within the territory. We are a small company looking to empower our employees to take the initiative, own their scope of work and truly put their skills and experience to the test.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage Partnerships/Sales of Salad Stop/Eat Wide Awake products in the Singapore market in food service (restaurants, industrial) and retail.
- Work with our founders to set up sales strategy and go to market plans for new partnerships
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with trade customers. Call on targeted accounts and support distributors in the field
- Be responsible to achieve assigned volume and partnership goals
- Support and grow new & existing accounts
- Develop and execute a rolling customer call plan
- Maintain a rolling sales/partnership forecast for territory
- Manage Distributor relationships
- Identify and execute strategic partnerships to grow the brand
- Implement in-account brand activation in close collaboration with marketing and the partners
- Clear communication of partnership information and market insights to internal stakeholders and distributors
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years sales experience in food & beverage sales/business development with a producer, distributor, or trade customer (or similar relevant business experience).
- You are aligned with our mission and hungry to make a positive impact on the world.
- Experience selling to restaurant operators and/or retailers in Singapore and great existing relationships strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of the food & beverage market
- High-performing, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit - do everything it takes to succeed approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills a must
- Exceptional problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions.
- Experience with start-ups/rapidly growing brands/products preferred
- Fluent in English
