Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of a Strategic Partnership Manager.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational sustainability.
  • Cultivate partnerships with potential donors, sponsors, and funding agencies.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders including existing/potential individual donors, corporates, and funding organisations.
  • Work closely with team members to organise and manage fundraising efforts.
  • Monitor and evaluate fundraising efforts to ensure effectiveness.
  • Communicate the impact of our programmes and initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Advocate for our mission and initiatives within the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Demonstrated learning attitude and aptitude.
  • Experience in fundraising and event management is preferred.
  • A strong team player.
  • Effectively bilingual will be an advantage.
  • A sales background would be beneficial.
