Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working with Publishers, Media owners or Apps developers.
- Experience in managing partnerships and business relationships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with online advertising or ad monetization solutions (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdSense, AdMob) and knowledge of programmatic advertising space.
- Experience with automated tools (e.g., spreadsheets, pivot tables, software, databases, etc.).
- Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase).
- Experience managing a sales pipeline, and building C-level relationships.
- Self-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to structure, analyze and solve business problems, and to deliver impact against concrete business goals.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin, Malay, Filipino or any APAC language fluently.

In this role, you will drive important new and existing partnerships and enable Apps/Gaming developers & content publishers to grow their businesses using our monetization solutions: Google Ad Manager and AdMob platforms.
You will focus on new verticals and/or Apps/Gaming developers in a fast-paced environment and rapidly changing industry landscape that will call for creativity and thought leadership to enable business transformation.
You will provide innovative, industry-leading monetization & platform solutions for developers and publishers, proactively identify new opportunities, and influence product roadmap and strategy internally.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop valuable new business partnerships with web/app developers/publishers and help to grow their businesses. Build and launch new vertical narratives in the SEA market. Identify business and product opportunities through data-driven analysis to expand Google’s platform and business.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partners in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, helping them drive long-term business growth and customer satisfaction with Google’s suite of display, mobile and video ad solutions.
- Keep customers up-to-date on various Google products, features, and optimizations. Recognize market needs to provide feedback to strategies and product roadmap.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Technical Support, Marketing) to ensure publisher partners have access to resources. Develop executive-level relationships with partners by becoming a trusted advisor.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues, and Account Management teams to deliver seamless partner handovers.
