Senior Development Officer

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic development professional to lead our fundraising efforts. This key role will be responsible for creating and executing impactful fundraising events and projects that drive revenue growth.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies, leveraging partnerships and collaborations to achieve financial goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential sponsors and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage event income and expenditure, identifying areas for cost optimization and implementing process improvements.
  • Cultivate high-value partnerships through strategic development and pitch deck preparation, highlighting the organization's value proposition.
  • Nurture existing donor relationships, enhancing engagement and increasing giving outcomes.
  • Enhance online giving frameworks to maximize impact, incorporating SEO and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Relevant experience is advantageous in this role.
  • Bilingual proficiency (written and spoken) is highly desirable.
