Partnership Manager

**We are looking for a team player with a strong hunting instinct to own the ‘Partnership Manager' role.**
The role is based in Singapore. You will report to the Chief Experience Officer and work collaboratively with our CEO and our sales and business teams to drive strategic collaborations focusing on business growth. Our partnerships range from business, marketing, distribution and technology to data and research.
**Responsibilities**
Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies : Creating and implementing methodical partnership strategies with businesses, institutions, governments, advisors etc. Setting up a strong pipeline, identifying partners, developing mutually beneficial models, evaluating collaborators and negotiating partnership agreements.
Maintain and Convert Relationships : Maintaining and growing relationships with effective communications, networking, and long-term business alliances leading to mutually beneficial outcomes.
Drive Organizational Growth : Identify novel opportunities for shared business lines, cross-promotion, co-marketing and joint ventures leading to new business, expanding markets and increasing revenue. Increase internal awareness and advocate the partnership agenda through sharing market research, industry trends and developments.
Managing Partnership Projects : Coordinate with internal teams to manage and oversee the implementation of joint projects and initiatives. Maintain brand integrity and values while highlighting risks along with opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in partnerships and business development roles.
- Experience in dealing with insurance, health-tech and corporate businesses.
- Demonstrable track record in growing partner and customer base.
- Frequent business travel is an essential requirement of the role.
**Skills**
- Partnership strategy planning and execution demonstrating resourcefulness.
- Exceptional communication skills along with consultative and analytical strengths.
- Strong lead generation, negotiation and account management abilities.
- Ability to work within a startup environment.
