Partnership Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Partnership Manager to lead the development and management of merchant and affiliate partnerships. You will be responsible for building a high-quality merchant network, driving commercial performance, and ensuring the smooth onboarding of deals through cashback vendors and external affiliate platforms.
This is a high-impact role where your commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to cultivate strong relationships will directly contribute to our growth.
What You'll Be Working On:
● Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with merchants, affiliate networks, and cashback vendors.
● Deal Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end process of getting offers live — from contract agreement and content collection to final approval and launch.
● Performance Management: Monitor and analyze partnership performance, ensuring revenue targets and KPIs are met.
● Affiliate Network Management: Liaise with affiliate and cashback platforms to maximize deal inventory and optimize ROI.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring they see sustained value.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure partnership offers are successfully implemented and promoted.
