Job Title: Deskside/Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide end-user computing support services. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing break-fix and IMAC tasks, managing asset and peripheral inventory, and providing smart hands support for networks and servers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 technical support for end-users
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Perform break-fix and IMAC tasks
  • Manage asset and peripheral inventory
  • Provide smart hands support for networks and servers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
  • Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician
  • At least 3 years of IT deskside support experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
