Job Title: EUC Infrastructure Specialist

The role of an EUC Infrastructure Specialist is crucial in designing, implementing, and supporting the end-user computing environment. This encompasses desktop and mobile devices, operating systems, applications, and virtual desktop solutions.

The goal is to ensure that end-users have secure, reliable, and efficient tools to perform their work effectively.

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Administer and support end-user platforms, including VDI, M365, Intune, SCCM.
  • Maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, encryption, and patch management.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in end-user computing or desktop engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy.
