Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Technical Support Specialist where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our end-user computing systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users on various computing devices and applications.
  • Manage IT assets through procurement, tracking, maintenance, refresh/renewal, and disposal/termination.
  • Assist in the implementation of new end-user computing technologies.
Requirements:
  • Recognized diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in providing technical support to end-user computing.
  • Passion for Healthcare or Community Services.
  • Strong tracking skills with ability to see tasks through to completion.
  • Experience in troubleshooting minor IT issues and escalating to higher levels of support.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
