Job Description:

As a seasoned professional in end-user computing services, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge desktop solutions that meet the evolving needs of Public Service agencies.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and business acumen to deliver high-quality enterprise-level end-user computing services.

  • Design and implement reliable desktop services that enhance user experience and productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address issues, changes, and improvements in desktop services.
  • Develop and implement new initiatives to enhance end-point technologies and improve service delivery.
  • Manage projects to standardize desktop services, improving efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with team leaders and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for end-point services.
