**Overall Purpose Of The Job**

We are currently recruiting an EUC Solutions Expert to join our global End User Computing team. As part of an established team you will be responsible for envisioning and developing the technical solutions that meets the organization’s End User Computing needs, advising on business transformation with the aim of aligning people, processes, and technology while fostering a relationship with our business partners as a trusted advisor.

You will work in close collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture team and will interface with multiple teams such as Infrastructure, Operations, Security and Application Development to design productivity platforms for end-users.
**Responsibilities**
- Establish a globally deployed, supported and flexible Desktop infrastructure to allow Operation Teams:
1. to optimize and deploy images with necessary regional support
2. to operate patch management and anti-malware management
3. to secure and enforce data policies
4. to centrally manage licensing compliance
- Engineer and support globally available end user solutions (e.g. Active Directory, SCCM, MDM, M365, Lync, Analytics, etc)
- Provide technical and operational governance on the End User Computing environment
- Identify and drive areas for service improvements in conjunction with the managed service provider
- Expertise in Cloud technology (Azure/AWS), Mobility, end user experience monitoring tools, Operating Systems and software distribution technologies
- Keep abreast of developments within the IT Industry that End User Computing Services are kept in line with defined or emerging industry standards.
- Orchestrate and work with key vendors and partners.
- Conduct performance assessments in accordance with International SOS process.
- Actively seek improvements to the team’s process.
- Actively participate in operational ITIL processes - i.e. Incident, Change Management (CAB), Release Management, Problem Management, and Availability Management.
- Communicate necessary information to all levels of the organization.

**Requirements**:

Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 5 to 7 years in enterprise infrastructure operations
- Familiar with End User Computing technologies
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Must have ability to work in a fast pace environment demonstrating autonomy in conforming to strategic intent while adhering to team values at all times.
- Relevant IT experience, including desktop management, backup, patch management, monitoring, security, performance and capacity.
- EUC engineering SME experience within an IT service provider or internal IT organization.
- Experiencing in deploying and managing SaaS based end-user services such as O365, Cloud backup, Okta, MDM.
- Strong knowledge of engineering, designing and deploying End User Computing products or solutions.
- Demonstrated project leadership experience.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
