Job Title: Enterprise Desktop Services Manager

About This Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Provide high-quality end-user computing services ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Innovation and Standardization: Plan and execute new initiatives leveraging innovative endpoint technologies to drive organizational efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Project Management: Collaborate with team leaders and outsourced service providers to plan, manage, and deliver projects aimed at maintaining, enhancing, or developing new desktop services.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead projects to standardize desktop services across the organization reducing operational overhead and improving service delivery and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in designing, planning, deploying, and leading enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for end-point services.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of endpoint technologies as primary practice area with knowledge in supporting technologies such as network and servers.
  • Personal Skills: Proactive individual with good leadership and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills, both oral and written, with ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
