
SME Relationship Development Specialist

As a Relationship Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in cultivating and nurturing relationships with clients to drive business growth.
This is a perm hire role for one of the Financial Institution's top priorities.
Job Description:
- Liaise with clients to complete credit applications, financial data, and documentation
- Assist Business Relationship Managers in credit evaluation and process credit memos
- Operational and credit verification including site visits when necessary
- Review loan requests and client financial status
- Maintain updated records of loan applications and monitor progress of existing loans
- Approach potential clients to establish relationships and understand their needs
- Develop plans and solutions to address client needs and support department-related activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Experience in SME/Credit Companies is an added advantage
- Knowledge to analyze Company Audit reports is an added advantage
- Proactive, energetic, and possessing strong business acumen along with excellent networking capabilities
- High integrity, adept at communicating with individuals at all organizational levels, and open-minded with a determined work ethic
- Demonstrates a strong determination to achieve goals and overcome challenges
- Takes proactive steps and demonstrates initiative to take on tasks independently
- Hard-working and diligent in carrying out responsibilities
- A Goal-Getter to achieve objectives and meet targets
