Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing the growth strategy for the categories led by this role
  • Developing the portfolio strategy and 24-month rolling new products pipeline from ideation to concept development, NPD qualification, and holistic marketing launch campaigns

This role also involves leading the implementation of plans for their category, including campaign and trade activities. Additionally, the Commercial Growth Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, channel, and agency partners to drive growth, track performance, and achieve commercial targets.
