We are seeking a seasoned compensation expert to join our team as a Strategic Compensation Manager for Global Reward Programs. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving our global reward strategy and implementing programs that align with our business objectives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in compensation and benefits to drive strategic growth and innovation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive reward programs that recognize and reward high-performing employees across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global reward strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Design and administer compensation plans, including salary scales, bonuses, and stock options
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of reward programs
  • Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform reward program design
  • Communicate reward program changes and policies to employees and stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in an international environment
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful reward programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in the US and EU
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Location
