Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $150,000 and $200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

This newly created role will play a pivotal part in shaping TDCX's compensation and benefits strategy across the group. As a Strategic Rewards Director - Global Compensation Expert, you will be responsible for aligning the rewards strategy with overall company goals, ensuring employee satisfaction, productivity, fairness, and competitiveness in order to attract and retain talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the enterprise total reward strategy and policy which includes salary structures, bonuses, incentives, recognition and employee benefits programs.
  • Partner with HR and business to integrate compensation and benefits into the TDCX performance management system. This could include developing and implementing performance appraisal guidelines and merit increase recommendations.
  • Develop and manage organizational design process, including structure, span of control, job creation, evaluation, and job matrix.
  • Conduct market analysis to determine the optimum compensation structure for all job levels and role types in the organization.
  • Advise key business leaders on strategic planning, recommending solutions adapted to regional needs while maintaining global standards.
  • Lead the benefits design/renewal process, and negotiation with external vendors.
  • Maintain regular contact with regional and country-level HR leadership to identify overall total rewards-related needs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and legislative regulations on salary and benefits requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who possesses at least a bachelor's degree in HR or related fields. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in developing and implementing total rewards programs. Strong leadership skills in the compensation and benefits function are essential, along with proven capacity to influence and manage stakeholders effectively.
