Director of Strategic Revenue Growth

The Director of Strategic Revenue Growth will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in APAC, while maintaining strong relationships with clients. This individual will develop a sales culture that fosters integrated product sales and shares best practices for sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Grow and maintain a robust sales pipeline to attract new clients across APAC and international regions.
- Foster collaboration with the WTW Client Management Group and Work & Rewards advisory colleagues to maintain excellent partnerships.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Client Success associates to expand awareness of RDI capabilities in their assigned territories.
- Understand target markets and determine strategies to attract new clients and foster revenue growth.
- Lead or participate in meetings with prospects and clients to drive sales and client satisfaction.
- Act as an Account Manager for high-level GDA clients, focusing on client retention and upselling opportunities.
- Initiate and support Global Data Agreement marketing campaigns as needed.
