Role Overview:

The Commercial Director will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth and market expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, particularly in CRM and loyalty solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial leadership, business development, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning overall Client PnLs and delivering all key metrics as set by the business
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth objectives
  • Identifying new market opportunities and leading market entry strategies
  • Driving the acquisition of new clients through targeted sales strategies and relationship building
  • Delivering/Exceeding Revenue forecast in collaboration with CSMs through regular reviews via the forecasting exercise
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree / Postgraduate
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior commercial or business development role within the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Experience with CRM and loyalty solutions is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of data science, complex integrations, and related professional services
  • Exceptional market research and trend analysis skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to craft persuasive proposals
  • Proven experience in negotiating and closing commercial deals
  • Solid understanding of legal contract management for commercial coverage contracts
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
