Revenue Management Director

The Director of Revenue Management is accountable for developing and implementing revenue growth strategies that maximize overall revenue. This includes analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to optimize inventory and pricing across all distribution channels.
Main Objectives
- Drive revenue growth and market share through effective pricing and inventory management.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance revenue goals with market conditions.
- Manage and control inventory across all distribution channels, including branded web, 3rd party sites, and the Global Distribution System.
- Ensure compliance with Kempinski Revenue Management Standards.
- Lead and manage a team of revenue management professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant field.
- At least five years of experience in revenue management, with a strong background in analytics and leadership.
- Proficiency in Revenue Management Systems, including PMS, Opera, Duetto, and SynXis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and situations.
