Job title – Global Compensation Manager Location – Singapore Job model – Hybrid Reporting to the Senior Director - Global Compensation, the focus of this role is on compensation program (base pay, variable pay and recognition) design and management as well as process (re)design. In addition, the role will actively contribute to or lead one or more reward projects at any one time. At dsm-firmenich, people are at the heart of the company.
