Salary: The estimated salary for this role is SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
We are looking for an expert in executive compensation to join our team. As an Executive Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing compensation practices, monitoring trends and developments of relevant industries and markets. You will assist in developing incentive plan designs that tie in with the holding company's investment thesis for a particular asset. Additionally, you will develop Excel-based simulations that provide estimates of costs and consequences of incentive plan designs and create presentation slides that explain or critique the rationale behind design proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in compensation, either in a HR consulting firm or in a Corporate MNC. For the AD role, added experience covering executive compensation work and exp handling senior management compensation structures would be useful but not a must. Knowledge of Executive Compensation and understanding of the basics of Corporate Finance and the basics of analysing the financials of companies is also relevant. Strong analytical, written communication and presentation skills are essential. Fast learners who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and at times short deadlines are encouraged to apply.
