We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Compensation Specialist to join our team at National Healthcare Group PTE LTD. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing compensation strategies that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement total rewards programs that align with business objectives, including salary structure design, market benchmarking, and job evaluation methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand institutional needs and develop solutions that meet these requirements.
- Analyze data and provide insights on compensation trends, legislative changes, and local best practices to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with the Policy team to ensure alignment between HR policies and compensation programs.
- Manage Collective Agreement Negotiations and work with the Chief Lead on union-related matters.
About You
We are looking for a professional with a strong background in compensation and benefits, preferably in healthcare. Your technical knowledge of total rewards, salary reviews, market benchmarking, and job evaluation will be essential in driving business success. Additionally, your analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in HR Related field / Business Admin or equivalent.
- At least 10 years relevant working experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a preference for healthcare experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of job evaluation methodologies such as Korn Ferry Hay Group is preferred.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Well-versed in local employment laws and regulations.
Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is S$120,000 - S$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
