About This Role
Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for compensation and rewards? We're seeking an expert to join our team at ST Engineering Management Services Pte. Ltd. as a Compensation and Benefits Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and recommending changes to the company's compensation and benefits policies, programs, and processes
• Championing performance management, compensation, and benefits processes, and serving as a subject matter expert
• Collaborating with business leaders, compensation partners, and HR business partners to ensure smooth implementation of compensation and benefits solutions
• Providing support for the annual cycle of performance management, remuneration review, and benchmarking exercises
• Working with compensation partners and HR business partners to implement job design analysis, technical job evaluation, survey job matching, and salary benchmarking
• Participating in HR operations and information technology meetings to ensure reward program system functional requirements are properly captured
• Developing rewards spreadsheet templates and writing clear policies and guidelines
• Partnering with other HR departments to implement compensation and benefits programs and ensure consistency and alignment with policies
• Briefing employees on various TR programs, developing professional rewards communications materials, and adapting communications approaches tailored to various audiences
• Participating in due diligence exercises for potential M&A projects

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A relevant degree with postgraduate C&B qualifications and at least 10 years of experience in implementing rewards programs in a large organization
• Expertise in advanced Excel, including structuring spreadsheets to handle large volumes of data efficiently, and working knowledge of Excel macros and Visual Basic
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, and excellent attention to detail
• Highly numeric and analytical mind, with superb statistical skills, and a pro-active approach to work
• Good presence and confident in dealing with senior corporate office stakeholders

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
