Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Maintain and grow existing corporate accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue potential
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Monitor and control expenses related to sales activities
Requirements:
  • Degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration
  • 2 years' experience in sales or a related field, including supervisory training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English language
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
