The Marina Bay Hotel Private Limited is seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to lead our revenue strategies and drive total revenue management across the hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for pricing, inventory management, and analysis in line with hotel standards and policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pricing and Yield Strategy: Ensure a consistent and rational pricing strategy across all channels and segments according to MOHG pricing guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Proactively manage inventory to maximize revenue in all areas.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Accurately prepare monthly and weekly forecasts for transient segments, groups, and other business units.
  • Business Analysis: Provide data-driven insights to analyze business trends, recognize patterns, and communicate recommendations to the revenue team.
  • Selling and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales department to define booking terms, conditions, and allotments for transient segments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in related discipline
  • At least 10 years of experience in revenue management and optimization
  • Excellent understanding of revenue management and pricing strategies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of analytical tools (Tableau, Business Objects, SQL)
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and convert them into successful outcomes
  • Possess commercial acumen and an analytical mind

Salary Estimate: The estimated salary for this role is SGD $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
