Customer Satisfaction Lead

The Service Team Leader is a critical position within People Profilers that requires a unique blend of leadership, technical, and interpersonal skills. As a key member of the Group Contact Centre team, this individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
Lead the planning and execution of training programs to enhance CSAs' skills and knowledge
Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with the Institution Lead to develop and implement policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, contact centre environment, or service-related sector
- Proven leadership experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
